Learning Reiki as a Spiritual Practice
With its roots based in Buddhism, I'm inspired to teach Reiki as a spiritual practice first, which can then develop as a healing practice if the student feels called.

The Reiki Attunement
A Reiki Attunement, is an ancient, sacred practice that gently opens your energy field, heart & crown chakras so you become empowered to connect to the Reiki life force energy.
By the end of your very first level, you gain the ability to channel this divine light through you, and towards anything in your life.

Begin Your Reiki Journey!
Reiki Attunement
Your Reiki journey begins with the Reiki Attunement, an activation to help open you to the Reiki energy.
It is a 90min 1:1 meeting with Jennifer where you'll receive the attunement, learn the Reiki meditation and basic principles related to each level of Reiki.
Each Reiki Attunement is followed by a 21-Day Process where you practice the Reiki meditation each day. This three-week period allows integration of this life force energy as a powerful tool in your spiritual practice.
Participation in the weekly Reiki Sangha is nourishing complement to this practice.

*Prerequisite: all students will undergo a 7-day "attunement process" prior to receiving the Empowerment. A weeklong protocol to prepare yourself physically, emotionally & spiritually to receive the Reiki Attunement.

​The Reiki Sangha is an weekly online community that meets to practice the Reiki meditation and gain spiritual wisdom. Q&A is also offered to help you along your path. All levels welcome!

Weekend Reiki Immersions
After completion of your 21-Day Process you'll also have the opportunity to attend the Weekend Reiki Immersions. These non-certificate courses gather as in-person groups to deepen your knowledge about the many uses of Reiki and allow plenty of time to practice with others. Learn more below.

Reiki Level 1 Immersion - You as an Energy System
Flow-State Meditation, Chakras, Intuitive Development & Emotional Repair
When you begin to think of yourself as a system of energy, then you can better understand the energetic, emotional & physical imbalances impacting your life!

This foundational level guides you on a journey of understanding your subtle energy body, the chakras & consciousness. It gives you effective techniques to clear, strengthen and heal yourself from the inside-out!

You'll also learn the core principles of using Reiki life force energy and the fascinating history of this powerful energy healing modality.
This level is open to anyone regardless of experience and is primarily intended for self-healing and transformation. It will also enable you to offer help to your friends, family, plants and animals.

Reiki Level 2 Immersion -You as a Soul
Clearing Karma, Learning Tarot, Sacred Reiki Symbols & Distance Healing
Considering yourself as a Soul on a beautiful journey helps you gain a higher life perspective and facilitates a growth mindset.
This intermediate level deepens your Reiki journey. We'll use astrology to learn about clearing karma & your soul's karmic purpose. You'll learn the practice of Tarot cards to assess what you need to cross the threshold into a brighter way of being in the world!
You'll receive the sacred initiation into 3 of the sacred Usui Reiki symbols and how to apply them to daily life, like blessing your food, setting New Moon intentions, even de-escalating inter-personal conflict.
You'll also learn the transformative practice Distance Healing which allows you to send healing to the world in creative and wonderful new ways. Since energy transcends our linear ideas of space and time, Distance Healing with Reiki helps you effectively send healing to other people, heal past trauma and adds potency to manifesting future events.

Reiki Level 3 Immersion -You as the Mystic
Master Symbol Initiation, Clearing Karmic Contracts, Crystal Healing & Manifesting
Step into the world of the Mystic, the place where you'll access the sacred and weave it into your powerful new life.
This advanced level of working with Reiki life force peels back the veil where you begin to witness life through the eyes of the Mystic. Meditating with the Master Symbol, you'll develop a wiser view of the world around you, bringing you a deep sense of faith and inner peace.
We'll review & rewrite karmic contracts and learn how to manifest from your soul's desire. You'll also learn practices to connect with the natural world, create your own sacred space and work with the powerful frequencies of crystals.
As the Mystic, you learn the macrocosm of the Universal Laws, access your full potential of sacred feminine & masculine energies and deepen your ability to live in flow with the Divine.

Reiki Professional Training
Reiki Practitioner Training -You as the Lightworker
Reiki Light Activations, Treating Others & Becoming a Healer-preneur
You have completed Reiki Level 3, cultivated your practice as the Mystic and feel called to share your healing gifts with the world!
This weekend retreat offers a deep dive into the mastery of being a confident Reiki practitioner and mentors you in becoming a healer-preneur.
Filled with tools, knowledge, role-playing, treating specialized conditions, mentoring and partner practice to help you comfortably practice Reiki with others at a professional level. You'll learn how to offer Reiki Light Activations* for others, develop in-person & Distance Reiki sessions along with a comprehensive understanding of building your business as a Reiki healer.

Reiki Priestess Training - You as a Reiki Teacher
This unique training offers you the ability to apprentice with Jennifer so you may offer the Divine Attunement of Reiki.
Drawing from her training from the traditional Usui System of Reiki and her activations from Mother Mary, her mother St. Anne and Mary Magdalene. You'll be anointed and opened at a priestess level of teaching, healing and empowerment.

CLASS POLICIES
ALL STUDENTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR ACCOMPANIED BY A LEGAL GUARDIAN

Cancellation Policy
Class fee is non-refundable. However a 50% credit towards the next training or healing sessions will be available if you cancel at least 48hrs before your class date.
​
If any part of the training is cancelled by the instructor, your class fee will be applied towards the next class of your choosing or offered as a credit to any future group offering.
Make-up policy
Trainings will be full of live, interactive participation & breakout exercises. Therefore your active participation is integral for the group.
​
Make up classes may be granted to those who complete 1/2 of their enrolled training and on a space-available basis at the next training and with an additional fee of $150/per class.
​
Covid Safety & Marin County Mask Mandate
With the understanding that Covid & variants are always changing, safety guidelines can fluctuate in an effort to keep everyone safe.
As of Feb 16, 2022 the Marin County and State of California mask mandate for indoors has been lifted.
​
​If numbers increase in Marin County to unsafe levels, the possibility remains that we might have to interchange between in-person & virtual learning. We'll navigate this as we arrive at it.
​
If you experience symptoms and test positive, please stay home and your full class fee will be applied to a future training.

My approach
More than ever before, people are seeking ways to connect with a higher wisdom, something to help them feel supported, something to help them feel resilient, something to help them accelerate on their spiritual path.

Reiki is an intelligent life force that is a loving guide on your spiritual path.
​
This is how I approach my Reiki teachings.
I consider Reiki to be an unseen, but very palpable life force that you can connect with as a guide on your journey.
​
Since 2006, I've taught thousands of students to be practitioners of Reiki for their own healing and helping others. I've always considered the practice of Reiki as being Reiki vs. doing Reiki.
​​
A little background about me
Since 1999, I've accumulated wisdom from my trainings in yoga, meditation, massage therapy, Reiki, shamanism, energy medicine, somatic healing, psychic healing, even animal communication.
​
I've also traveled to sacred sites around the world which hold divine feminine energies, providing me with powerful activations and wisdom which now flow into my teachings, healings and personal practice.
I now infuse traditional Reiki teachings of Usui System of Natural Healing with other important disciplines such as intuitive development, understanding the quantum field, working with spirit guides, astrology & tarot. All of which are helpful to lift your vibration and accelerate your healing & spiritual growth.
