WHAT IS VIBE?
This Private Instruction of the VIBE: Reiki Training is a personalized mind + body healing program that gives powerful tools based in mindfulness, positive psychology & energy healing to people who want real change in their lives.
Whether you’re new to mind + body wellness or already have established practices, this training goes deeper to create powerful, yet simple shifts in your mind, body and energy field where you’ll be consistently choosing to live life from a place of love, peace & acceptance—ultimately transforming your world in amazing ways you've never thought possible.
HOW DOES VIBE WORK?
Year-Round Enrollment
Choose between a 5 week or 10 week VIBE program any time during the year. When you enroll we’ll book your, 2-hour sessions that fit your schedule during normal business hours Mon, Tues, Thurs or Fri.
One-on-One Meetings
Each week we'll meet 1:1 for nourishing, "get-real" discussions, blending mindfulness, intuitive guidance & pragmatic tools which will help you navigate life differently.

Reiki Healing, Attunements, & Certification
Most importantly, VIBE stands out because in most meetings you'll receive a restorative Reiki healing to help you reset.
You'll also receive powerful Reiki "attunements" to clear blocks, upgrade your body's energy system and allow you to begin practicing Reiki on yourself.

This program does offer Level 1 & Level 2 Practitioner Certification. You'll receive a class manual and guidance on practicing on others.

This program is an immersion dedicated to your spiritual journey enhancing it with the powerful healing energy of Reiki which supports you in navigating the many shifts that happen as you lift your VIBE in the process.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a high vibration healing energy that we are able to channel through an ancient lineage of healers to bring us into overall balance. This program teaches you how to channel this powerful energy for your own personal healing.

The "Attunements"
VIBE provides energetic "attunements" in which your energy field is opened and gives you access to the Reiki Healing Energy. This is a powerful upgrade to your body's energy system and offers you the profound ability to practice the hands-on, self healing techniques of Reiki.

This is an important component to this training and your spiritual journey because when we lift our vibe, we align with everything that is in that higher vibration including our careers, relationships and health.
Reiki may only be accessed through an "attunement" handed down through an ancient lineage of healers. As a fully certified Reiki Master & Teacher in practice for over 15 years, I am 8th in the lineage from Mikao Usui who founded the Usui System of Natural Healing in the 1900s of Japan.

While this program does offer Reiki Certification, it does not include practice time with others like the VIBE group training does.
It is strongly suggested that those who are interested in working with others attend our Community Reiki Circle or other Reiki shares to gain a comfort level in working with other people.

*Please note while this program does certify you in Reiki Level 1 or Level 2. It does not offer practice time on others. It is up to you and recommended to gain this practice time through friends, family and Reiki shares.

Cancellation Policy: This program is a commitment and an investment. While scheduling can be flexible, please be prepared to show up for consecutive weekly meetings. The 24-hour Cancellation Policy is also in effect for these meetings. Please call, email or text Jennifer at least 24 hours before to reschedule a meeting. A no-show to a meeting will result in the loss of that particular meeting and no make-ups will be offered.
